All paid access in Groupanda is processed through Stripe. When someone subscribes to a paid community, Stripe handles the billing securely, and Groupanda automatically grants access based on that subscription.

Stripe supports major credit/debit cards and other local payment methods depending on the user’s country. The available options are shown during checkout when someone subscribes.

Yes — members can update their payment method or cancel a subscription through the billing panel provided by Stripe. Stripe handles recurring billing and proration automatically for any subscription changes.

Creators receive earned subscription revenue via Stripe Connect payouts. Authors must complete Stripe onboarding (provide identification, bank details, and any required verification). Once setup is complete, Stripe periodically transfers funds to the creator’s bank account according to Stripe’s payout schedule.

Stripe typically initiates payouts on a regular schedule (e.g., daily/weekly/monthly depending on onboarding configuration) after funds are available in your Stripe balance. Timing may vary based on region and account settings.

If a payment fails (e.g., card declined), Stripe will notify the subscriber to update their payment method. Access may remain until the next billing attempt depending on your group’s subscription settings.

Yes. Stripe is widely used by thousands of platforms and meets strict security standards — payment details are handled by Stripe, and Groupanda never stores raw card information.
