Leading a community shouldn't take five different apps

You chat in one place, collect payments in another, and keep a spreadsheet of who paid. When a subscription lapses, you remember to remove them, eventually. New members land in a wall of old messages. And the group you built slowly goes quiet, because nobody has one place to show up. You spend your time on admin instead of on your people.

Members actually show up

It works like the group chats your people already live in: fast, real-time, on their phone. That daily habit is what keeps a community alive, and it is the thing forums and feeds never deliver.

Paid access runs itself

Someone subscribes and they are in. Their subscription ends and their access ends, automatically. No separate payment tool and a spreadsheet, no adding and removing people by hand, no chasing transfers.

One place, not five

Conversations, members, access, and payments live together, so you run your whole community from one app instead of gluing tools together that never talk to each other.

Set up your community in minutes

  1. Create your workspace and channels. A name and a few channels for your topics.
  2. Bring your people in. Invite members directly or share a join link.
  3. Decide who sees what. Set roles and lock private channels.
  4. Charge for access, if you want. Turn on paid groups and set your price. Optional.

Run paid groups, without the busywork

Built-in subscriptions. Members pay, you manage.

Set a price, and members subscribe through Stripe. Access turns on the moment they pay and ends when they cancel, with no work from you. Payouts are handled by Stripe Connect, members get their own portal for cards and invoices, and you can run free channels and members-only channels in the same group.

Frequently asked questions

What is Groupanda?

Groupanda is a workspace for private communities. It is a real-time group chat with channels, roles, access control, and built-in membership billing, on web, iOS, and Android.

How is this different from a group chat or a social page?

A group chat is great for talking, but it has no structure, no roles, and no way to charge for access. A social page hides your posts behind an algorithm and runs ads against your members. Groupanda gives you the daily chat your members already want, plus the structure, access control, and built-in payments to actually run a community.

Do I have to move my whole community at once?

No. Create your workspace, invite people with a link, and grow it at your own pace. You can start with a single channel.

Is Groupanda free?

Yes. Free groups cost nothing and include real-time chat, channels, roles, file sharing, search, and unlimited members. Paid groups add built-in subscriptions for a 6% platform fee plus Stripe processing.

How do paid groups work?

You set a price. Members subscribe through Stripe, and access turns on automatically. Payouts are handled by Stripe Connect. There are no monthly charges and no per-member fees.

What platforms does it support?

Web, iOS, and Android, with the same workspace on every device.

Your people are already together. Give them somewhere to stay.
